LIVING ROOM/OFFICE

The living room of this home was still in original condition. The home owner wanted to convert the living room into their office. In order to do that the following was done:

• Remove the shelves at one end of the room
• Replace the double doors into the kitchen with a pocket door
• Change the size of the windows which affected the inside and exterior appearance
• Replace the windows with new Pella wood windows
• Build new custom storage cabinets and desk system
• Addd electrical outlets in the desk area
• Addd French doors at the entrance
• Removed the popcorn ceilings, textured and painted
• Replace carpet with new vinyl plank flooring
