FHC Warranty Agreement

Fred Henry Construction (FHC) warrants all labor in its contract work with homeowner to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of two (2) years. The warranty begins on the date of job completion. The warranty is given to the original homeowner and may not be transferred by the original owner to any subsequent purchaser of the property upon which the contract work is performed.

The warranty covers workmanship and material / fixture defects of all new materials / fixtures provided and installed by FHC and our affiliated sub-contractors. The warranty does not cover any damages resulting from abuse, misuse, alterations or neglect. The warranty also does not cover any pre-existing conditions or issues not related to the scope of the renovations / repairs performed by FHC and our affiliated sub-contractors.
